You may provide feedback, but you should not poke your nose into other people’s business. There is a difference between the two.
When we are all working together, we can critique each other, and give our own opinions. We can discuss who’s right and who’s wrong. But if you’re not even on the team doing the work, and you are pointing fingers at others saying “this is right, that is wrong,” barking like a stray dog, you will end up disturbing others and you will not gain any respect from others. As a result you will gradually lose your status in society.
