No Matter How Knowledgeable a Teacher is, It Does Not Necessarily Reflect How Much He Can Benefit His Students
Most people care a lot about how knowledgeable a teacher is. But in my opinion, the key to determine whether someone is a good teacher or not, is not his level of knowledge, but whether he knows how to teach.
So I urge all mentors to learn and think more about how to teach students. This is very important.
