A Teacher Must Remember Not to Throw Temper-Tantrums

When a student does something wrong or is being disobedient, the teacher had better not lose his temper, or resort to violence by beating or yelling at the student like an animal trainer. Because teaching students with lots of negative emotions is not very good.

As a teacher, one shall regularly spend time in learning more about the students’ personalities, habits and temperaments. Once the teacher has gained a complete understanding of the student, when it comes time to deal with the misbehaved student, the teacher can then freely apply a method, either by persuasion or punishment, accordingly.

To sum up, always teach students in a way that’s most helpful and useful to them, so that they can learn a lot more and be more appreciative.

I earnestly ask all teachers to think over this more and keep it firmly in mind.
