Praises on Bodhicitta 56 – 60

(56)
If one holds Bodhicitta,
Even in the intermediate state between death and rebirth,
One would happily stay without fear,
Like a crane having found its thirst quenching water.

(57)
If there is Bodhicitta,
One would be as imperturbable as the Sumeru;
Free like a lion king, roaring thunderously at will,
Taming and terrifying all the beasts.

(58)
One who holds Bodhicitta,
Kings are at his disposal,
Heavenly dragons sing and roar in the sky,
Peacocks delight in flaunting their plumage.

(59)
Luminous like the magnificent sun in heart,
Brilliant like the translucent moon in mind,
The wonderful jewel of Bodhicitta,
Absent of it, how does one eradicate the darkness of ignorance?

(60)
Bodhicitta eradicates harsh words,
Bodhicitta eradicates grievous news,
Bodhicitta eradicates fearfulness,
Bodhicitta eradicates sufferings.
