Such compassion as brave as warriors,
inspires Bodhicitta.
Such insights with unparalleled wisdom,
cut off the discriminating minds of kins and foes.

Merits accumulate without getting lost;
Recompense for good deeds proliferate in abundance;
Karmic obstacles and afflictions absolve and vanish;
Bodhicitta surpasses Cintamani.

The great compassion inspires Bodhicitta.
Bodhicitta is the great compassion.
The rare and extraordinary nondual wisdom,
is borned by the mother of Bodhicitta.

The incomparable Bodhicitta,
is like father the great warrior
and like mother of unwavering perseverance,
which can bring immense benefits and bliss.

Without Bodhicitta,
neither virtuous deeds such as chanting,
nor achievement of high realization such as Dzogchen and Mahamudra,
can become the cause to attaining Buddhahood.

Bodhicitta is like the sun,
eradicating the darkness of ignorance.
Bodhi can compare with the clear and cool moon,
extinguishing the suffering of blaze.

The wonderful jewel of Bodhicitta,
and the paths taken by all Buddhas,
are the treasures that could bring benefit and joy to the sentient beings.
I therefore prostrate with reverence.
