The Kiss on the Lips Between the Guru and the Disciple
Now that many Tibetans have seen the photos of me kissing on the lips of my guru H.H. Tenpay Wangchuk Rinpoche, they seem to harbor a lot of opinions about this.

When mind and Bodhicitta collide in harmony,
Apocalypse poses no fear,
Sentient beings shall take refuge,
In none other than Bodhicitta.
Presently, there are some prestigious masters; was their prestige resulted from their initial pursuit of self-interest;
If one holds Bodhicitta,
Even in the intermediate state between death and rebirth,
One would happily stay without fear,
Like a crane having found its thirst quenching water.
As a disciple, it is the fundamental requirement to have such recognition and affirmation of one’s guru.
Lately everyone is discussing whether their teachers are illegitimate or sagacious,
Today one of the two masters who commented and advised me on my treatises earlier, Khenchen Pal Gyeba Dorje,
A Dharma fellow on WeChat by the pen-named “Wishful Wheel” asked me for my thoughts on Covid-19. I will briefly say a few words here. Covid-19 is similar to a plague.
If there isn’t Bodhicitta,
One’s accumulations of
merits and wisdom,
Will “wither” like a plantain tree upon fruition,
Making it difficult for one to sail across the Sea of Samsara.
If one gets involved in politics, even if one has the status of a Geshe, one is not abiding by Buddha Dharma. If one does not observe causality, even if one is called a yogi,
