It Would Be Fantastic If One Strives to Keep the Lowest Profile Possible
“8. I will learn to keep all these practices
Untainted by thoughts of the eight worldly concerns.
May I recognize all things as like illusions,
And, without attachment, gain freedom from bondage.”
When we are practicing Buddha Dharma and trying to benefit sentient beings, if our intention is not to seek fame or personal gains, then we shall not go astray. It can then be said that we are on the right path to approaching enlightenment, and that everything would be perfectly complete.
I urge you to bear these in mind, and not forget after just a casual glance.
