Words that sow discord among others, even those said by a Khenpo, should be discarded like garbage. Things that harm sentient beings, even those done by living Buddha, should be kept away from like poison.
Telling the Truth
Everyone agrees that one should tell the truth, but when truth is told, one ends up criticizing others in all likelihood. Therefore, what is important is not the telling of the truth but the character of the person telling the truth.
